Being new to Colorado, and being very afraid of the dentist, along with the fact that I urgently needed two crowns, I began a search for a good dentist that I could trust. This turned into a very frustrating process. After going to these "Group Dental Offices", which seem to be the thing in Colorado Springs, and being told I needed $12,000 worth of work, I was in shock and frustrated!
Through my daughter, I found Dr Baumgardner (Briargate Dental Center). Dr B and his staff were exactly what I was looking for...one dentist who cares, is honest, and understands the fear that most of us have of the dentist. Everyone, from Annette at the front desk to Jen the hygienist to Micaela, Dr B's assistant, is exceptional, friendly, and caring. In fact, during the time of treatment, I have felt cared for like part of a family. My treatment was completed in a timely fashion, the cost was normal, and the experience was a good one, and a painless one!! I will not hesitate to return on a regular basis and refer anyone I know to Dr Baumgardner and his staff. Thank you for changing my mind about the dentist!!!
